Blackbird Pie

本日、Twitterがツイートをブログ記事やウェブサイトに簡単に埋め込めるツールを発表した。

ブラックバード・パイ（Blackbird Pie）と呼ばれるサービスで、使い方はとても簡単。引用したいツイートのURLをコピー&ペーストしてから「Bake it」ボタンをクリックすれば、プレビューが表示されるとともに、ブログやウェブサイトに貼り付けるソースコードが表示される。たったこれだけ。

個別のツイート自体が日に日に発言力を増している中で、重要なツイートを外部に簡単に張り付けられるため、重宝しそうだ。

tweet URL（個別のツイートのURL）を取得する方法は、各ツイートの下に表示されている更新日時（例えば「1 munute ago」）に貼られたリンクがこれになる。

例えば、次のように表示される。

自動生成されるソースコードは、とっても冗長だ。

また、更新日時が正確に表示されず、なぜか、上記の例の場合、「7:28 PM May 3rd via web」が「less than a minute ago via web」と表示されてしまう。なぜか、絶対的な日時を表示したり、生成されたソースコードから相対的な時間を計算したりしていない。なぜ？ツイッターは「リアルタイムメディアだー！」というのを、更新日時を偽ってでも伝えたいのだろうか？みんな知っているのに。

「アイマック」と入力しても「iMac」が出て来なくなりましたが、「あいもーど」に対して「iモード」へは変換されます。

こちらに、ATOKとの性能比較が掲載されています。使用開始後半年（学習期間半年）のATOKと使用開始日当日のGoogle日本語入力で、格言に関しては、Googleの方が
優れていたとのことです。

Google Wave Removes Tempo/Spatio Constraints

It seems to me that using Google's Wave removes tempo/spatio constraints. That means it realizes REALLY-realtime collaboration.

Though, as far as i know, Screen Sharing function by Skype and Apple's iChat has already changed our way of collaboration over spatial constraint, Google's Wave lets us share everything including archives of past's communication in realtime.

What is a wave?

• A wave is equal parts conversation and document. People can communicate and work together with richly formatted text, photos, videos, maps, and more.
• A wave is shared. Any participant can reply anywhere in the message, edit the content and add participants at any point in the process. Then playback lets anyone rewind the wave to see who said what and when.
• A wave is live. With live transmission as you type, participants on a wave can have faster conversations, see edits and interact with extensions in real-time.

Fundamentals of Physical Fitness

I have gone into training for becoming shaped and strong again since last month. It's been long since I have stopped training. Telling that I am busy is no more than just making an excuse.

Konami Sports Club's Lite Membership Plan is just for 6,930 yen a month. The only regulation is that I can use all the facilities once a day for 90min. This seems to be short. However, this is enough for planed training. I get myself into shape for the upper part of my body in a day, for the lower half of it on another day, and for stretching and relaxing whole muscle on the other day. 90min is enough for these 3 types of plans with taking a hot spa and sauna bath. I can make the best of the time available.

What is the most important is keeping on working out everyday. This is it.

By the way, I am also interested in the Beginning Movement Load Theory-based training. Many people have recommended for me to practice this theory. By practicing this BML Theory, your muscle becomes like "that of a frog," said Fumy the other day to me. He mentioned that "Danilo DiLuca's muscle is just like that."

I gotta make a long-term strategy.

MacBook Black sucks again!!

My MacBook Black's HDD has again got broken today. That sucks again. It was only a hundred days ago when this MacBook's broken for the first time. So was that of my wife's also last month.

Now, I am thinking of changing its HDD to SSD. Adobe's website says, however, that I "cannot install on a volume that uses a case-sensitive file system or on flash-based storage devices." That sucks again!!

The only happy news for me today is that the guy at the Geneous Bar in the Apple Store Shibuya was so kind that he negotiated with his boss for extending free support as this is the second time my MacBook's HDD's broken. Thanks dude!

Fumy won the Combative!

Fumi-kun, BEPPU Fumiyuki, who is from the team I belong, Shonan Watanabe Racing, won the Combative today, at the final 21st stage of the Tour de France this year. He attacked just after the peloton entered the Champs-Élysées, and kept escaping for 7 laps out of 8!! His attack made the escape.

Félicitations, Fumi-kun!! Nous sommes fiers!!
